As we do not sell direct to the end user it is our company policy to request a copy of your “State Sales & Tax Use Certificate” before we can provide you with pricing, dealer information, or take your order. Please fax a copy of the certificate itself to my attention at (800) 806-3911. The certificate will obviously contain the name and address of your company. Please send a cover sheet that includes a phone number, fax number and contact person’s name. Upon receipt I will return to you pricing, an open account application and a complete dealer package.
